That is Irish for Happy St. Patrick's day. So the grasshopper did not turn out nearly as good as my aunts. So now I am on a hunt for a different recipe. I think she uses cream cheese in hers to make it thick and creamy - two things that my pie were missing. Maybe since Bruce is leaving tomorrow I will make another pie and take it to work...

Sorry to hear the pie didn't work out too well. Keep trying and you'll make it! Barbara really won't share her recipe? Huh? You should try a bribe! haha
ReplyDeleteBarbara doesn't really have a recipe for it - it is a pour and handful of this method that she uses - hard to put measurements and share a recipe so I understand.
